Bed bugs carry bacteria and human pathogens, however, there is no scientific evidence that they can transmit diseases. They can readily spread across a facility due to their capacity to "hitchhike," which allows it to be brought into structures via worn furniture or the belongings of someone who has lived in or visited an infected place.
ZAPS Treatment Program
- Conduct a thorough inspection of the entire facility to determine the bedbugs' level of infestation and identify (potential) breeding sources.
